Work from home agent/referral system

Welcome to our “work from home agent/referral system”

As an agent for Buildingprojectsandtrades.com you can earn ongoing comissions on every new member you introduce to our project bidding website. We will pay you 50% of each transaction your refered member is involved with in the future on an ongoing basis! Typical fees charged to members currently total as much as 5% of the winning bid. Your account is credited either if your refered member's bid is accepted or if your refered member accepts a bid. This means you can target both Consultant and Clients/Buyers!

We can pay you by cheque or you can set up a BuildingProjectsAndTrades.com account and this amount can be automatically credited to your account.

To assist you we would like to outline several suggested means of obtaining new members:

Always be helpful and offer to sign up any one you speak to as an added courtesy.

Your clients will either be Clients/Buyers or Consultants.

Client /Buyers:

  • General public
  • Real Estate Agents
  • Strata Managers
  • Property Managers
  • Property Developers
  • Professional Consultants (refer: www. plansforcouncil.com) and so on .

When talking to any of the above ask them what there needs are. Eg. Do you need an Architect? Surveyor? and so on When there needs have been identified you can now phone Architects, Draftsmen, Surveyors. etc

Consultants:

  • Refer list of trades persons on web site. This list can be extended by referring to your local paper Classifieds : eg Trades and Services or Phone Book etc The client base here is enormous. Also refer to building product suppliers.
  • When you speak to the Consultant ask them if they need additional work and if so would they like to bid/quote on a project. If answer is yes, offer to Sign them up. From there on they can bid accordingly.
  • Keep in touch with all your contacts on a monthly basis, just to see how things are going and if they need any assistance. Also remember all of the above are all very busy people, do not waste their time. In the Building Industry: “Time is money”

Think of your self as being in business for yourself and always do the best you can.

Good Luck!
